All of our products are locally made by hand, here in the Netherlands. Accessories such as the loofah’s are directly bought at the farm in Egypt.   

Yes! All of our body products have the necessary safety reports and fully comply with the 1223/2009 European cosmetic regulations, made under GMP and registered with the CPNP.   

Absolutely yes! The melting body moisturizers contain oils that are temperature sensitive. So in a warmer environment, as during summer, the moisturizer will be very soft and liquid-like. During the colder winter months, the texture will harden up. But no worries! No matter the form of the melting body moisturizer, the effect on the skin will always be the same!


Packages will be shipped in 2 to 3 business days after ordering. Please keep in mind that delays are possible because of the current pandemic and the upcoming holidays. Keep a close eye on your track and trace to know exactly when your order arrives.

We currently ship within the Netherlands and to Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg. See our shipping policy for accurate shipping fees and delivery times.   

We ship both our domestic and international orders with DPD.   

When your order is being processed, you receive two track and trace codes. One from us and one from DPD. You can use both to see where your order is and when it arrives at the final place of destination.   

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or you suspect it’s missing, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
